2.4 Effects of Withdrawal

If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3.3 Condition of Returned Products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may handle the product as you would in a physical store, but you must not use or consume the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
